"content": "Tonight's #aperitivo #aperitif is taken from the great book 'Tha Martini Cocktail' written by Robert Simonson: the Trash-Tini:\n\n\n\n20ml gin Xoriguer\n\n20ml Vodka \n\n20ml Luxardo bitter bianco\n\n20ml Bordiga dry vermouth\n\n2 dashes of celery bitter (subs with olive bitter)\n\n2 dashes of sherry vinegar (subs with half spoon of onion brine, also to subs the charred onion infusion for the vermouth 😁).\n\n\n\nStirr\u0026Strain in a chilled coupe (the recipe wanted it on the rocks) and garnish with olives and pickle onions.\n\n\n\nWhen you are undecided between a #Martini and a #Negroni, but you know you want a savory one, try this one!
