what I would like in an embedded media player is hotkeys to make the UI disappear immediately instead of having to wait for it to disappear on its own, so I can take the fucking screenshot without having to go back an extra 10 seconds. or else let me do things without bringing the UI up at all

the fact is, if you bought a mac new and you didn't have a good reason like "your job requires it", you're in the position of having paid a lot of money for something mediocre and that means you're kind of an idiot

and why would an ISP, which requires government approval to exist, risk trouble by taking a stand on privacy when most of their customers don't care much about that and in many cases, their customers don't even have a choice of providers
