the fact is, if you bought a mac new and you didn't have a good reason like "your job requires it", you're in the position of having paid a lot of money for something mediocre and that means you're kind of an idiot
so obviously you have to pretend the thing you bought is *actually* incredible and the company you bought it from is *actually* a bunch of saints trying to do their best for us poor drudges, and anybody who says otherwise is just a jealous poor
