I think we'll see a cycle of simplifying and getting back to basics
Some of this is due to thick client architecture becoming the factory default

Good callout. I haven’t touched it in awhile, but it was pretty stable, and should continue working. Perhaps there are other similarly mature tools available, but I haven’t personally looked closer.
I know Obsidian is a really good notes app that has a Kanban plugin, but I have no idea if that works for multiple users.
