Stay away from riba at all costs, don't earn it and don't pay riba. And also don't be a signing witness to a riba contract, that's also haram and punishable. You don't need a bank loan to buy a house, you don't need to own a house. You need to stay away from riba. Stay within your means. You can pay rent until you die, no problem with that. Allah ﷻ is Ar-Razzaq and will provide.
Riba is no small matter, it's one of the 7 biggest sins and a heinuos crime in Islam and will be punished in the most severe way in afterlife, if you don't make tawba while alife.

Nostr doesn't compete so much with Twitter, FB or other social networks, but more with single-sign-on providers such as Google or Microsoft. Using multiple apps with one verified signin. For using a censorship-resistant platform and still trying to censor at the relay or client level. I have no problem, when individuals block or mute me. Rejecting VPN IPs is also an odd thing to do as you're sharing it with other people.
