For those who use the service, there appears to currently be intermittent connectivity between #EE mobile data and @npub1sv0…rq9x #L2TP . Currently seeing around 26% pl (works for a while, then a chunk of no responses, then returns etc.)

TalkTalk's Implications email is missing a chunk of information when read in OWA or Outlook on mobile. It's there if I go to forward the email. I've not investigated what they've done to cause that but do you have a sensible route to report that issue?

Yes. Just getting to the stage where it identifies if you are a customer of that provider or not should trigger the "switching implications" email. There's no need to complete an order. (Or you can, then cancel.. which would test more of the system but I guess adds a whole lot of risk :D).

That's disappointing. MET Police, NFIB and NCA contacts over many years have repeated ActionFraud reports do make a difference, not using it and not reporting it will skew statistics and therefore allocation of funds and people.
I do agree that for the individual victim it feels useless doing so, and that the reporting form is poor for some fraud and often needs the "here is your reference number" email responding to with the appropriate free hand details or attachments.

They collect statistics so they can allocate resources to tackle stuff. If people don't tell action fraud then resources don't get allocated. However, it doesn't help each individual victim of fraud.
For things that mention stuff like government agencies or schools, they take a more proactive approach and do disruptions and takedowns. The person reporting may not hear back that that has happened, but it does happen and it's worth reporting.

I would recommend reporting it to actionfraud. Especially with HMRC in the domain name the chances of them taking swift action is high.

I have this problem with a local cafe. It's only open Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Seems really weird to me and they definitely miss out on impulse visits when I drive past and they are closed.
