@npub1ede…nsaa I know this kind of comment is annoying, but please don't use Google Forms.
The Godot Foundation certainly has the know-how and infrastructure to set-up one of the "off-the-shelf" self hosted alternatives that don't submit data to anyone besides the intended recipient.
Besides, using Google Forms blocks people who don't have a google account from participating (I know that's rare, but still...)

@npub19lt…qfjk is there a chance it's a bot copying previous comments it found in your blog and pasting on random posts? I saw a spamming operation in a PHPBB forum that did that hoping people would click their profile where they had a link to whatever the bot was promoting.
