I thought I was gonna go to the olympics too! It was a big dream as a kid.
Here's some fun weird facts: I've swam on the same swim team as Michael Phelps, and then on another team there were If I remember right two silver medalists. We had three circuits, the beginning, intermediate and advanced training. intermediate workouts were 1.5hrs with half an hour of dryland training, 3 days a week, advanced was i think 2.5 hrs with half hour dryland, and 5 days a week.

yeah my swimcoach (one of them) had qualified for the 1980 olympics and didn't get to go (as the US boycotted them that year for some political reason.) she looked like a man, and well who knows, maybe she was one.
I dont think she shaved her armpits, either.

yeah I hear you. I'm a big fan of nature's antibiotics, they have far fewer side effects. Especially on things like digestion, ones mood, affect, emotional resolve, and so on.
I just did a turpentine thing for the gut the other day for the first time in about 9 months.
I also hate the doctor, because every single time i've ever went everything i've ever gotten from them has always made things worse and not better, and i used to think it was just me, but it turns out its everyone but most people just dont talk about it, and suck up that there aren't any good results and try to forget about it.
yeah the turpentine thing is amazing, its a really neat natural medicament.
you may really enjoy this book, as well: "jean valnet: "the practice of aromatherapy" you can snag it for 5 $. its not just about aromatherapy instead its actually about how to make your own plant based cures for stuff, which almost entirely employ mixing different essential oils together with vinegars, or carriers, or other such things.
did you know essential oils kill mrsa, staph, and a great many other nasties? and at extremely low concentrations, too.. ?

you could rub yourself with turpentine, that would help get some cleaning stuff into your bloodstream.
it will lay you out pretty well though just be aware to go slowly and not cover everything, just start with feet and ankles and maybe up to the knees.

yeah i totally miss chat rooms.
im logged into one right now! every few hours someone says something, we all treat it as kind of a hide and go seek or tag thing, when people sync up theres a small exchange and then it goes quiet again for a few days :)

well for sure, a lot of people are just live action role playing. i get that.
but also there are sincerely genuine people out there too.
that's not to say people in varying states of emotional and spiritual growth aren't genuine as well. :)

as I was walking home, there was some girl who thought she startled me, but really I was burping but it didn't come all the way out.
as I turn my head I explained as such, and then just stood there.
she proceeded to munch on the chips or whatever it was she'd bought, and shuffled around, then i heard chips behind me and felt her presence (interesting aura, this one.) pushes the walk button. I turn around and say something, of which I forgot, and then the signal goes, we cross the street,
as we're crossing she says something about people needing to relax, I thanked her for being happy looking and smiling and not being glum and the like. I agree about what she said and indicate as much by a casual Yes and supporting statement of taking shoes off and walking, she mentions sitting in the grass, she looks down but I don't notice it, and says "today sir, we are matching" I look down and she's got on exactly the same birkenstocks as I do. ha...
as we cross the street, I ask her if she's catching the bus, and ask her what her name is, and say that it's nice to meet you, and she says you too, and just as I'm going to tell her my name, some camaro with no exhaust headers or a glasspack rips by and "lost in translation" she points to the bus stop, smiles a bit, and as I say maybe I'll see you around sometime, she says "mmhmm," kind of does a little skipping into the grass three four step thing, stops, gives me a look, and goes back to her chips as I walk by and go home.
I haven't had that happen in years LOL that was fun. Best part? She didn't smell vaccinated. But she was still eating corn chips or something like that. :) anyway, the whole thing made me smile so figured I'd share.

i am single, 40 and emotionally well adjusted.
and it took years to arrive here.
but yet,
current prospects are weird because:
- partner needs to be unvaccinated
- partner needs to be biologically female, and not want or think they're male.
- partner needs to possess high intellect, or at least high curiosity and pattern recognition skills, have manners, and understand things like mercy, common decency, and the basic mechanics of human nature.
-partner needs to not be weirded out that I'm Christian, and not interested in church.
-partner should again be biologically female, and interested both in having conversations and comfortable enough with long periods of silence.
then there's a few other things that are pretty normal and get worked out in real time, like sharing responsibility, and whatnot. but
the first list disqualifies a large number of people, and that paragraph is fundamentally a deal breaker :)
