💜🤎: so we don't know much about hand rsi but do have a moderate rsi in my right shoulder — probably from cooking
the best thing that manages that pain is using proper techniques and tools (ex: good posture, working with muscles at rest as much as possible, other cooking specific stuff)
thinking about ergonomics sucks but super important asap — a lesson we seem to have to learn over and over
kinda loose advice but hope it helps :blobfoxlaughsweat:

If it keeps up; Daddy also has wrist problems and he's been finding a wrist splint when he sleeps helps but also he's got carpal tunnel syndrome so ymmv if it's a different rsi?
