"content": "💜🤎: so we don't know much about hand rsi but do have a moderate rsi in my right shoulder — probably from cooking\n\nthe best thing that manages that pain is using proper techniques and tools (ex: good posture, working with muscles at rest as much as possible, other cooking specific stuff) \n\nthinking about ergonomics sucks but super important asap — a lesson we seem to have to learn over and over\n\nkinda loose advice but hope it helps :blobfoxlaughsweat:",
