Wish I could have shown this to my mum when she said something like "women don't ride motorcycles".
Fortunately we were in the company of a pastor who pointed out that, in the UK, women were riding motorbikes during WW1/2.

Yes, there's so much peer pressure to conform. My friend is worried about looking silly and I get told that people can't hear me properly though the mask.
Also on sunny days when I'm in a good mood I start to feel like what I'm doing is joyless and unnecessary because others aren't doing it too.
From time to time I see someone else masking and we kind of stare at each other in surprise.

Although I wear a mask when I go to the shops etc and convince one of my friends to wear one when they visit, they can't always do so when back in London. Instead they open windows at home when they have visitors and sometimes wear a mask on public transport.
They're a carer for an elderly relative who is very social but doesn't mask even though they are already in poor health (for other reasons). None of their family and friends mask up.

I'd argue that the problem isn't outsourcing itself but that it has been so badly managed.
If the management of the process is rushed and dictated by lowest price or convenience, rather than appropriate skills and experience then problems are more likely. We get an outsourced company that's a poor fit, or has a poor understanding of the client's needs.
It's the same process whether you're looking for a new service supplier at work or a new phone provider for yourself.

Garden tools recommendations please (UK only).
Watching garden clearance videos I see people now use a cordless pole with attachments for grass strimming and edging.
As I strained my back a month ago using my old Black & Decker strimmer, which runs off the mains, it occurred to me that maybe I could now get something lighter. I only have a tiny lawn, so something small and light would be helpful.
Any suggestions?

Those look lovely and Summer is obviously a very good girl.
As I would also like to grow some stuff in pots, can you and Summer give me some advice?
What I'm confused about is:
1. what type of pots to get to grow herbs and flowers outside
2. what do I fill them with - can it just be compost and clay soil, as that's all I have rn?
3. how to keep them well watered, without over-watering? I'm a bit erratic about plant care.

If the Greens had more of a presence in my area then I might be persuaded to vote for them in local elections, so I sympathise to a certain degree.
However, for a general election my priority is to shift out the current incumbent awfulness. The alternative is too horrible.
Also Labour have been pretty good at council level here.

I recommend watching Troy Sivan for inspiration. He seems to have masc/NB flirty energy in his music videos. He's cishet straight but appears quite gender fluid in the videos.
Though I started with 'One of Your Girls' where he plays a very convincing sexy woman and got into his music from there. You may like the male models too.
