I love how much people care and the rich variety of perspectives they bring to bear on these big questions as we chart our course together as an ecosystem.

Sometimes being a #HealthAndSafety / #IAQ advocate can feel a little lonely, but I'm an eternal optimistic – and not without reason.
When I bring air quality monitors to events, and make the data easy to access, people respond. People here at #MatrixConf have been monitoring the air quality, adjusting ventilation, and noting when things are concerning. I never even had to ask!
The trick is making the invisible visible, and giving people the tools to make informed decisions.

I've been testing daily – I always do during conferences – and encourage other folks to do the same! Especially if you find yourself feeling a bit off.

Annnnd the air quality monitoring array has been deployed at #MatrixConf! Can you guess which room the BarCamp is starting in? 😂
Tomorrow will be the real test of the venue's ventilation, as we're expecting about 4x the attendees that we have today.
We take the #HealthAndSafety of our community seriously and are requiring masks indoors this year. The data we collect will help us calibrate our approach with this venue when we return!
