this thread is confusing; arewemlsyet.com links the typescript mls implementation we did and shows it MLS working in a decentralised environment in Matrix. it’s not top of our todo list currently though as noone is funding it and olm+megolm works relatively well in our rust-sdk impl.

yup. so: given Meta won’t open the APIs to allow interop with any non-EU residents, this blog post is intended to gauge interest in a bridge given that limitation.
