my issue is that the rings I'm able to get into are too large, so they back out when locked, and the smaller ones I'm not able to squeeze into at all.
Maybe a CB-style ring that opens might be more feasible?

I think it's an issue of there just not being enough "droop" to work with. Maybe when they're at their most relaxed... I'd take a warm bath, but that'll be another day, when there isn't a thunder storm going on. xD

So it just arrived (Surprisingly fast for Ali), but I seem to have hit the same issue as before, where my sack is to tight to fit any of the rings (can't get in the small rings, slips out of the larger ones. Any suggestions?

I think the Chinese knock-off I got was a holy trainer clone, but of one of their early models. I'm liking the look of the Kink3D Cobra, which @npub14u7…t8pt also suggested.
They also suggested securing it with a band/string around the waist to hold it close, and help against unwanted growing. That might help you too, if you haven't tried?
For now, medical tape for a DIY gaff seems to be okay for me, and I'm not really feeling any discomfort with tucking. It even seems to hold up against wetting, so I might stick with that for now.

I guess look wise, I'm either going for a null sort of thing, or at most a nondescript/neutral slit of sorts, definitely not the proper vagina look though, that thought makes me almost as dysphoric as the current situation.

So, my egg has well and truly cracked, and I've realised that I'm not really happy with my front parts... If I could wave a magic wand, I'd get rid of them. But since that's not an option, and surgery is something I'd have to be very very **very** sure about, I'm wondering if there's ways to alleviate it.
I've experimented with tucking and taping, which works reasonably well, and doesn't cause me too much discomfort. Though I'm wondering whether some sort of cage might be a better option?
I've tried a few cages (CB-2000, CB-6000, and some Chinese knock-off thing) quite a few years ago, but my issues are: <li>Pretty small scrotum, meaning most rings will pinch me, or are impossible to secure.</li><li>Big size variability (Very small and slim when soft,maybe 2-3 cm long and 1-1.5 cm diameter, but pretty much average length and girth when erect).</li>
These two things conspire to make pretty much any of the cages I've tried painful and a hassle to put on, only for them to drop off once soft.
Anyone have any suggestions for possible solutions?
