I think though decentralisation is a possible way of self-defence against control freaks like her, the main problem is that even in democracies people willingly tolerate being governed by those control freaks.

I’m on #nostr and #damus app for 3 days now. As an IT guy, though probably quite older than the average here, onboarding was rather easy though with some glitches and missing features.

Same here. But I know that it’s not for everyone.
For me it’s very easy to skip breakfast and also lunch. What I realise is that additional to the health and mood benefits I involuntarily changed my diet a lot. I mostly stopped eating sweets and carbohydrates in general and tend very much to a meat and salad diet.

I see myself as an old liberal (social democrat in European terms) who is considered a nazi now by people who don’t even know what that word really means.
But I realise that the older I get the less that bothers me.
