Here's a funny story. The short version, that is. I had a discussion with this 19 year-old kid not too long about what he wants to do when he gets older and his response was "I just want to help people." No doubt a nice sentiment, but then I said towards the end of our convo "That's nice. But, if you don't have the capacity to care for your own well-being, how do you expect to care for the well-being of others?", and that kinda lost him a bit. What I mean by this is that the priorities of the newer generations seem a bit different in comparison to those of previous generations. Of course, I don't mean for this to sound like a generalization in any way. A big portion of them seem a bit lost, is all.

Yes, I agree with you. 🤷‍♂️ But, oh well. This isn't the first time this has happened throughout history. The Silent and Boomer generations were able to afford taking care of larger families due to lower living costs, then as time went on and as living costs increased at a significantly faster rate than wages and salaries, fewer and fewer people were able to afford having a family. No one said evolution was a merciful process.

It can absolutely support us. But too many people have been convinced that they deserve, in excess, more than their current necessities. You're probably right for the most part, but honestly, this isn't something that is worth speculating, in my opinion. The halvings have always played a monumental role in Bitcoin's price increases, and everyone has always gotten it wrong for the past 15 years. Also, there are far too many other factors to consider. 🤷‍♂️🙄

I'm not entirely sure if it's because they're mostly youngsters, because I've met some VERY intelligent young people. They too seem bored by social media. Although, keep in mind that this is a very rare occurrence.
I feel the same way when it comes to controversial topics. Most people have become too scared to discuss topics that are deemed as such. But, here's the thing, controversial topics are often viewed as problematic by the vast majority, and most people don't wish to solve problems, they wish to ignore them. But that's not how you fix problems. They NEED to be discussed. When it comes to controversial topics, there is one in particular that I am always pondering: national borders. Nikola Tesla always believed that world peace will only be achieved through the deletion of such barriers. Personally, I believe the same. When you consider the vastness of the world, national borders seem quite ridiculous. They always lead to a sense of nationalism, racism, hatred, and many other forms of conflict. Many of these issues are the cause of the global issues we're experiencing right now.

This is a toughy. Because, I have friends who have very few of these things and they still live better than much of the middle class population. The thing is that they don't feel the need to have many of these things. Some have even confessed this. Lol. They don't live in a hovel... or eat cold beans. 🙄🤣 They all have decent sized houses or apartments. My one friend has a a wife and two kids. And 100 bitcoin?! 🤣🤣🤣 Those are rookie numbers to some of them. 🤌

We definitely need to reevaluate what it means to be identified as middle-class. And I think people need to start to lean away from traditional assets, as well. Circumstances for so many have changed over the past ten years or so. Take my friend, who's been hodling for ten years, as an example. He probably doesn't have half of the things on this lost, yet here he is now as a stay-at-home dad with WHO THE HELL KNOWS HOW MUCH IN BITCOIN HOLDINGS! I have other friends who are in a similar position.
