I did it the other day and thought "omg what if my wife needs to get hold of me" then realsied I would be home in 15 minutes as I was just popping up the road. It was kinda freeing, even at that small scale.

It is really not at this point in our lives lmao. I do still have my 1996 Toyota Carib that is slammed on 17's though, complete with loud exhaust and sound system from a couple of decades ago. At this point it is just a reliable old Toyota runabout with hazing clear coat that only gets used on weekends when I am no supposed to use my work van, but the best part is my kids are super embarrassed by it so that's a definite win.

Seems to me that they want sign ups for "Pro" to bolster their position for an IPO at some point. I imagine it means handing over identifiable info about yourself as part of the process.
I moved away from Ubuntu as soon as they pushed snaps hard and made it impractical to remove and disable for the average user. Seems like it was the right choice.

They should.
Here in NZ once the seller knows about issues they have to disclose them, so we always shared the report with them and the estate agent. They then have to disclose it all to any other viewers.
Yes it has cost you, but it might make them realise that your offer was as good as it was going to get, when they can't hide it from anyone else walking through the door. Not sure if you have rules like that there.

snac gruvbox theme being worked on again.... still more to go, but I need a break and am happy to use it as-is until I get time to tweak again. I noticed some other themes are quite heavy and wanted to keep it quick to refresh when liking or refreshing for whatever reason.

I saw that post you mention and almost replied... then decided to not waste my time as it didn't seem like they would be open to new/different ideas.
Like the lady recently that replied to my post about second hand EV's not being as economical once they get too cheap at some point,due to batteries being cycled out and having reduced range etc... "Battery degradation is a myth" she said.
I work on battery powered equipment (since 2013) from small to large. What would I know about different types of batteries I see all the time (Lead Acid, Gel, Lithium) and their life span huh.
But I just left it. It wastes my time and energy, and upsets them. As the creator of the fedi platform I run said: Don't fear the MUTE button. 😁
