Sorry, I didn’t see this question until just now! The extractions are done on the same sample, ethanol first followed by water. People do it both ways, but I think it’s better to do the ethanol first. Water can potentially oxidize and degrade some of the ethanol soluble compounds if you use water first.

Seems awesome, but then you are using one piece of equipment to engrave all seed phrases in a multisig, which leads to one vulnerability point if there is any hidden way for it to store information without you realizing it.

The mycelium does have plenty of good stuff it, but you would only want to use mycelium grown on brown rice flower or something similar. Many lions mane supplements are made from myceliated brown rice. But you wouldn’t want to use a big sawdust substrate for that.

Usually when I want to quit coffee I go to Yerba mate instead which doesn’t have as many negative effects. After that I would switch to green, white, or black tea only, but honestly I’ve never gotten that far lol. Benefit of tea only is I can’t really drink it on an empty stomach or I get way too nauseous, which means I cant just have it first thing in the morning.

Are you pretty much KYCing your non-KYC stack as soon as you sign up with a third party for collaborative multisig? I was told companies like Unchained only report to the government for IRA accounts, but obviously it’s a privacy vulnerability. At the same time, the risk of a hostile government going after people through these companies is a small and distant one compared to the benefit of securing your stack with a collaborative multisig now, especially bc they have no control over your funds.

I actually quit trying again recently. I’ve never succeeded at carnivore without compromising for more than 4 days. Low carb isn’t too hard. Meat, fruit, honey, kefir is also pretty easy. 100% carnivore gets tough pretty quick tho, especially bc I never get past the point of rebalancing my gut to not need any fiber.

My strategy is, I take bitcoin whenever someone will pay me in it, and I hold it. This means I have to work even harder to make more cash to pay for my bills and supplies. Spend the fiat on expenses, hodl the bitcoin whenever you make it (if you were on a fully bitcoin standard, you would obviously have to sell some of it to get by, but that’s not the world I live in right now). Anytime you make fiat, put away 10% of it into bitcoin, no matter how broke you feel or how many more investments you need to make into your business. Bitcoin is the cheat code to boost you over the long term.

Ok so if you want to have the capacity for 100,000 sats you could open up a channel with 100,000 and then send most of it back to yourself on chain? Also, you get a seed phrase for a lightning wallet right, so it’s like a hot wallet? If you break your phone, you can just reboot it on another phone?

My dad just developed phantosmia about a year ago in his early 70s. It is very mild compared to what you describe, but he says he randomly smells something like asphalt. Have you considered trying lions mane and/or psilocybin microdosing? Both stimulate neurogenesis and neuroplasticity so it is quite possible that it could make a difference. A carnivore diet could also make a difference, cutting out every single thing you eat that could possibly be interfering with your cellular health.

It’s the making America great again part that I just don’t believe will happen. I think it’s just as likely he tries to increase term limits and becomes full blown authoritarian. A prerequisite for making America great again would definitely be ending the Federal Reserve, then preferably the IRS and most other three letter agencies. Chances of any of that happening seem slim to none to me. I also do think that someone’s character is an important aspect to how good of a leader they can be, and he’s unquestionably an egotistical narcissist. The fact that there’s not a single option we could have had as a leader who just has a decent personality pretty much sums up the American election system in a nutshell. Like Pierre Poilievre in Canada (based off nothing but his general demeanor and public speeches). A perfectly normal seeming eloquent guy who’s not outwardly a piece of shit. But we get the choice between a clown, an old guy with dementia, or a communist prosecutor.
