This one is pretty beefy, I mainly use it for searing steak and frying stuff to go with beef so I don't mind it being beefy.
You can use wet rendering to filter out the smell using water and salt, but it takes a lot of time.
I also use lard when I don't want the beefy smell, or even palm or coconut oil when I really want it to be neutral.

This was made using a simple dry rendering.
I put fat trimmings in an airfryer at 180c to render the fat, strain, and simmer until all water evaporatedthen strain through a coffee filter.

If you meant a regular tkl keyboard, I'd recommend the logitech mx keys mini.
It's thin, light, well built, great typing response, works both wired and wireless.
Or if you are feeling a bit more adventurous, Nuphy air75 and Nos75 is a pretty good low profile mechanical 75% kb.
If you want to go strictly wired, QK75 is a good choice though it's a bit difficult to get one, Keychron Q series also have a good line of wired keebs.

Just got my blood test results.
Triglycerides 53

The doctor kinda freaked out seeing all my other measurements are exellent but my ldl is 'through the roof' and 'highest I've ever seen'
She sat me though a lecture on how ldl is the bad cholesterol and hdl is the good kind and that I shouldn't be healthy or even alive with this reading.
I did not tell her that I'm on a carnivore-ish diet and this is a perfectly normal reading. I figured it wasn't worth it and just smiled.
As Paul Saladino usually says "there're no bad cholesterol, only bad information."
Well, I got my numbers, blood sugar is curiously high which I'll need to look into but all is very good.

Funny as it is, we also need to realize that the push to 'cleanup' bitcoin by going PoS is a direct attack on Bitcoin's decentralization and sovereignty.
PoW is the most important anchor that is preventing monopolistic rentseekers to take advantage from holding Bitcoin as yield generating asset like they do with fiat.
Though it may seem laughable and boring to us, these videos are effective in fooling people who does not understand money, energy, and economics into villifying Bitcoin.
Don't get bored, don't get tired, have the compassion to repeatedly explain and educate people that Bitcoin is, in fact, the only way out, the only chance we have in the foreseeable future.

I do educational Bitcoin content to help as many people as I can. Nostr is like the world outside the matrix, my main purpose is to try to bring people out and Youtube and other platforms helped me reach a larger audience.
I use Nostr to engage with thebcommunity, people who have already been red/orange/black pilled. It's our safe place, a place to escape from all the bullshit and the mind bending apparatus of the fiat world.

หลังจากที่ ดร.โสภณ พรโชคชัย ได้ทักท้วงเรื่องที่เซฟเฟดีน ได้กล่าวบนเวทีว่า โลกเราประสบกับเงินเฟ้อโดยเฉลี่ยประมาณ 14% มาโดยตลอด 60 ปีที่ผ่านมา
ผมก็ได้กลับไปพยายามค้นหาข้อมูลดังกล่าวใน The Bitcoin Standard และพบว่า ไม่มีส่วนไหนในหนังสือที่กล่าวถึงตัวเลขดังกล่าวเลยแม้แต่ครั้งเดียว

1. Definition ของ M1 M2 M3 ในแต่ละประเทศแตกต่างกันออกไปและมีการปรับเปลี่ยนอยู่เป็นประจำ เป็นไปได้ว่า Worldbank มีมาตรวัดเป็นของตัวเองโดยไม่ได้อ้างอิงตัวเลข M2 ที่รัฐบาลต่าง ๆ ทำการประกาศ
2. อาจเป็นการใช้ M3 ที่มีความหมายที่กว้างกว่า เนื่องจากชุดข้อมูล จาก World Bank บอกเพียง Broad Money Supply แต่ไม่ได้ระบุชัดเจนว่าเป็น M2 หรือ M3 ส่วนข้อมูลจาก OECD เป็น M3 ชัดเจน
3. หรือ World Bank และ OECD จะมั่วนั่งเทียนตัวเลข ?

ฮาล์ฟวิ่ง หรือ ฮาล์ฟเวนนิ่ง คืออะไร?
ฮาล์ฟวิ่งคือปรากฎการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นทุก ๆ 4 ปี หรือทุก ๆ 210,000 บล็อคที่บิตคอยน์จะลดอัตราการผลิตเหรียญใหม่ลงครึ่งหนึ่ง
บิตคอยน์ไม่มีผู้ควบคุม ไม่มีศูนย์กลางอำนาจ
แต่มีกฎที่ใช้ร่วมกัน
กฎเกณฑ์ต่าง ๆ ของบิตคอยน์ไม่มีการบังคับ ใครจะทำตามหรือไม่ทำก็ได้ แต่ผู้ใดที่ไม่ทำตามกฎ ก็จะไม่ได้รับการยอมรับ และไม่สามารถติดต่อสื่อสารกับคนอื่น ๆ ที่เคารพกฎอยู่ได้
ฮาล์ฟวิ่ง เป็นการลดอัตราการผลิตเหรียญใหม่ในส่วนของ Subsidy ลงครึ่งหนึ่ง ซึ่งหากบิตคอยน์ดำเนินตามแผนการดั้งเดิมที่ประจักษ์อยู่ในโค้ด มันจะลดอัตราการผลิตเหรียญใหม่ลงไปเรื่อย ๆ ทุก ๆ สี่ปี จนในที่สุดจะไม่สามารถมีการผลิตเหรียญใหม่ได้อีกเลยในปีค.ศ. 2140 ซึ่งถึงตอนนั้นจะมีบิตคอยน์ถูกผลิตออกมาประมาณ 21 ล้านบิตคอยน์เท่านั้น
นักขุด หรือผู้ทำหน้าที่เรียบเรียงและป้องกันการแก้ไขบัญชีธุรกรรมย้อนหลัง จะได้รับค่าตอบแทน (block reward) สองส่วนด้วยกัน ได้แก่ subsidy และ fee (block reward = subsidy + fee) เมื่อพิจารณาตามนี้จะเห็นได้ว่าบิตคอยน์ถูกออกแบบมาให้สามารถรักษาความมั่นคงของระบบได้ด้วย fee ที่ผู้ใช้งานเป็นผู้จ่ายให้กับผู้รักษาความมั่นคงของระบบโดยตรง ดังที่ Lord William Rees Mogg และ James Dale Davidson ได้กล่าวไว้ใน The Sovereign Individual ที่กล่าวถึงต้นทุนค่าใช้จ่ายในการใช้ระบบการเงิน 'ฟรี' ว่าระบบการเงินที่ค่าใช้จ่ายในการทำธุรกรรมเป็น 0 นั้น ไม่ได้แปลว่ามันฟรี แต่แปลว่าคุณกำลังจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายในการใช้ระบบการเงินนั้นโดยทางอ้อม กล่าวคือ คุณกำลังจ่ายมันผ่านเงินเฟ้อ ที่ค่อย ๆ ทำให้เงินที่เหลืออยู่ของคุณด้อยค่าลงทุกวินาทีที่คุณใช้ระบบการเงินดังกล่าว

"จุดจบของเงินเฟ้อจะลบล้างผลกำไรแฝงที่เงินเฟ้อมอบให้กับผู้ผูกขาดอำนาจในการผลิตเงิน และถ้าหากผลกำไรแฝงจากการผลิตเงินใหม่ถูกกำจัดไปจนหมดสิ้นแล้ว กรรมวิธีในการทำธุรกรรมแบบใหม่ก็จำเป็นที่จะต้องเกิดขึ้น เพื่อเป็นการจ่ายค่าตอบแทนเหล่าผู้ผลิตเงินโดยตรง การใช้ระบบการเงินใหม่นี้จึงน่าจะจำเป็นต้องมีค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับการทำธุรกรรมโดยตรง โดยอาจเป็นการเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมประมาณ 1 % ต่อปี ซึ่งจะถือเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายที่เล็กน้อยมากเมื่อเทียบกับค่าใช้จ่ายกว่า 2.7% ต่อปีที่เราต้องจ่ายให้กับรัฐบาล 99% บนโลกผ่านเงินเฟ้อ"

โดยจากสัดส่วนค่าธรรมเนียมการทำธุรกรรมที่ต่ำกว่า 0.5% ของ subsidy ในปี 2020 ได้ขยับขึ้นมาสูงถึง 10.66% ของ subsidy หรือประมาณ 0.7431 btc ต่อบล็อค โดยเฉลี่ยในปี 2024 ก่อนที่จะมีการลด subsidy ลงอีก 50% ในหนึ่งวันข้างหน้านี้
ค่าใช้จ่ายในการทำธุรกรรมบนระบบบิตคอยน์ในปัจจุบัน อยู่ที่ประมาณ 0.00268% ของมูลค่าธุรกรรมโดยเฉลี่ย

Saw a post on what happens to 'lost bitcoins' and it got me thinking how wildly different Bitcoin is to other assets in terms of property rights.
Under the current system, most governments around the world considers personal property as state property. This is evident in inheritance legislations in many countries where the line of inheritance ultimately ends with the state.
If you die, and you have no direct offsprings, spouse, parents, relatives, then the property becomes the state's
We can couple this with inheritance tax legislations in many countries that basically prevents transfer of wealth and properties from generations to generations. Inheritance tax comes in many form, from overt legislation to a more covert extortion through the promotion of NCD causing diets that leads to rocketing diabetes and cancer, robbing a person's entire life savings before he/she dies.
Bitcoin is the only property that the state cannot take from you. You can pass it on without a third party, and ultimately, you can take it with you to the grave, giving it back to all of humanity by decreasing the available supply.

I wish zap splitting works a little better when you don't have NWC connected though
I like to keep my wallets and Nostr unconnected and zap manually, but having to authorize zaps multiple times in a post, going back and forth between two apps is quite frustrating, esp. when there are a lot of splits.
