you don't have to take them 12 times a day. the instructions were 6 pills twice a day. but if you just took say 3 pills once a day it would still be better than what you're doing now.

pro tip: do not take cheap multivitamins.
either take the best or none at all.
any "one pill a day" vitamin is trash.
good vitamins are at least 6 pills a day. the ones i used to take were 14 pills a day but later changed the formula to 12 pills. you're much better off taking 1/4 dose of 12 pill a day multi than full dose of 1 pill a day. it will be far more balanced and far higher quality nutrients.
my multi was also available as just powder, which was my preference - it was citrus flavored and i could mix it into fruit flavored protein shake. syntrax nectar protein has some great flavor options for this, though for regular protein use it is way too expensive and vanilla or chocolate are much more economical.
but you can't mix citrus flavored vitamin powder with vanilla or chocolate flavored protein.

i do not recommend milk or cheese.
i can only recommend whey protein from dairy.

no surprise there. i also had zero weight loss on low carb. only difference is i don't have IBS to worry about, so even less reason for me to do it.
i did lose 60 lbs by counting calories and doing cardio - in other words the way pro bodybuilders do it.
never tried fasting but i am sure it would work.
as i told you - you can't have fun eating delicious food 24/7 to your heart's content, not do any exercise and expect to lose weight.
carnivore only works when people literally just do meat, salt and water. once you add any flavor into the mix it's game over.

picked up some groceries at Publix yesterday. their tag line is "where shopping is a pleasure"
compare this to Walmart's "save money - live better"
who are they kidding ? everybody who shops at Walmart is miserable.
Publix does have a premium air to it - for example the checkout lanes are not physically connected to the exit - i almost exited the store accidentally with a full cart of groceries without paying because i couldn't find the checkout lanes but then i saw them and the cashiers were giving me dirty looks for trying to walk out without paying so i came back and paid
that kind of open field layout certainly feels premium compared to prison complex layout of budget supermarkets
had an actual white man cashier and i do not mean a teenager or a senior
not quite Whole Foods where they literally have blonde model chicks at checkout but a step up from entry level for sure
