I’m actually struggling now with keeping the weight on, I don’t want to lose more so I have to try to eat more. It’s hard because I’ve always gotten full fast. It’s great to hear how good you felt and that you were able to get rid of the leg cramps.

Yeah and they have healthier pastas - make sure it’s organic and it should only have 2 ingredients usually with (semolina flour) - I’ve seen some with sour dough starters - I haven’t tried them but they look good. And if you can make homemade sauce that’s the best 🥰

If you suffer from low back pain, you know it’s no joke! I’ve been dealing with back issues since I was a teenager, thanks to a cheerleading injury and a fall while ice skating.
Low back pain can flare up unexpectedly and be quite debilitating. Stretching can often provide relief—stretches like the **pigeon pose** (which opens the hips and releases tension in the lower back) or seated stretches that target the hips and back are helpful. Alternating between heat and ice is another method to reduce pain and inflammation.

I decided to sleep in today since it’s the last day before school starts for the kids.
That meant this mama needed her coffee and yoga time. But since I woke up late, I had three kids interrupting my yoga session.
One was trying to do yoga with me (which I love), another was talking loudly and getting the third one hyper, and the third was giving me loving kisses while I was trying to stretch 🤪.
Moral of the story: wake up early or power through!!! Stop making excuses for why you can’t work out and start finding reasons why you should!

I was finally able to find a market that sold raw cheese. And lucky they had different kinds, sheep cheese, buffalo and cow. 😳
Today the family tested out these raw cheeses! And we rated them from best to great 🤣
They were all so good!

I personally couldn’t do without eggs, I didn’t do a strict carnivore diet “lion” I implemented all animal meats, eggs and dairy. I’ve been 7 months now on carnivore :)

It’s sad and it’s hard all at the same time. I have kids and I try my best to buy “healthy snacks” but everything even organic products are either full of sugar or seed oils. My kids don’t eat perfect but we try our best to avoid the more processed junk foods that most of the kids around my kids eat.

If it's someone you know well, educating them about healthier choices makes sense. However, as the saying goes, 'you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink.'
My original post was more about how strangers on social media often feel compelled to dictate others' dietary choices. Everyone has the right to decide what's best for their own life.
You might not agree with me that there's no one-size-fits-all approach, but the facts support this. Some people thrive on a lion diet (red meat only) due to specific health issues, while others do better on a carnivore diet, or with or without dairy. It's ignorant for anyone to insist there's only one correct way for everyone to eat.
As humans, we do our best with the information available. The abundance of dietary advice can overwhelm many people, especially since scientific knowledge is always evolving. Each person needs to find what works best for their body and strive for health and longevity. Ultimately, this journey requires personal commitment.

It's not entirely a lie. I personally started carnivore because I suffered from many health and mental issues that nothing else helped with. Changing my nutrition has healed most of my issues.
I discuss this in my podcast: there's no one-size-fits-all diet, and every body is different. What works for you may not work for me. For instance, plants and seed oils cause harm to my body, so it's not completely false to say they're not good for everyone.
Regardless of what I eat, it's my choice. If someone wants to eat plants, seed oils, and processed foods, that's their choice. Their choices aren't affecting me, just as mine aren't affecting you.
