The key is to stop seeing Bitcoin as investment that you will cash out, and stop constantly measuring it against fiat. Brains are wired to seek for some sort of gratification, so I find it useful to redirect my focus to the amount of BTC I'm holding, and construct the mental "game" to increase this number, rather than fixating on fiat prices.
This way, any Bitcoin you buy will give you some gratification, regardless of the price you paid.

You're correct - fundamentally Bitcoin is derived from energy in a rather straightforward system compared to other convoluted and inefficient constructs humanity has had. However, wouldn't you agree that Bitcoin's value has a social component to it that goes beyond it's pure energy value?
Bitcoin is currently priced in what society agrees to be the most common denominator to reach the maximum understanding, but it's inevitable that Bitcoin will naturally become the unit of account itself at some point.
Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't fully understand why it's bad for society to have such abstraction as satoshis to be de facto "value" denominator, especially if going one level "deeper" into joules does not encompass the full value society assigns to it? In other words, Bitcoin will always buy more energy than it costs to make it.

Not much is known yet, we've just launched out BETA a few weeks ago. But we're happy to chat with you. We usually jump on calls with BETA testers for user testing sessions, and answer all the questions along the way. We want to build the best possible tools for Bitcoiners, and your early feedback is appreciated.
We're 3 guys bootstrapping this, who've been in the Bitcoin space since 2017, company is based in Lithuania, and we have licensed European partners who provide the banking rails (Striga) + follow all EU requirements on AML & KYC side (Sumsub).

As long as governments will embrace it, normies will follow. Just like they are happily using governments' paper money now. And with US on the brink of adding BTC on their reserves, I think we're set for the West to start the governmental supercycle. Bitcoin backed Dollar and Euro is also a normie-friendly option.
Another option would be if governments do not back Bitcoin fully, and we still end up with the critical mass of society embracing it themselves, which is a more anarchistic option and would definitely cause more turmoil, but either way it's inevitable and governments seem to be realising that (+ add the game theory of other countries buying it too)
