The key is to stop seeing Bitcoin as investment that you will cash out, and stop constantly measuring it against fiat. Brains are wired to seek for some sort of gratification, so I find it useful to redirect my focus to the amount of BTC I'm holding, and construct the mental "game" to increase this number, rather than fixating on fiat prices.
This way, any Bitcoin you buy will give you some gratification, regardless of the price you paid.
