This is one reason why I know some of you haven’t completed user research. Because if you did, it wouldn’t look like this. Some of you are creating things based on what you think is good or great but not asking the people what they want. Therefore, developers are designing things with no large audience to really use it. It’s best to complete “homework” via user research early in the process so you have a somewhat clear path going forward. Otherwise, you’ll do all this work for just a small group of people. And then have to convince users to use your product. When in fact, you could have started with “what do the people want” and design/develop from there.

rabble (nprofile…a0td) is constantly posting stuff. It’s a good thing. Great job Rabble. (Linda too). You get the assignment. But Rabble also worked at Twitter so he has the experience and understanding. Plus, they’re catering to a different demographic. I like it. I like another option with a different experience for people to explore.
