Also toilets here aren't like American ones in that the stalls don't have crazy high gaps you can peep in to the occupants. It'll be very private esp since every stall always will have some kind of bum gun/piped water to clean yourself after too. In addition every restaurant/café has a toilet which is essentially its own room at least and that's basically as neutral as you like.
