When there are multiple images/videos in the content of an event.
Just tag the hash of the image you want to reply/react/zap on.
Defensive, backwards compatible and works like a charm with #blossom.
And fir apps that ignore the tag it still looks like a reply/zap/reaction on the full event.

So that each individual image is. a separate message that can be replied to / reacted on and zapped.
Would be great to agree on something like this and add it as a recommendation to event kind 9.
