Not really, or rather, not most of nostr. But it’s not impossible.
I believe one could choose to only use relays that connect exclusively via onion routing, and only use a nostr client in Tor browser (or a mobile client with Tor always enabled).
But if that content is ever published to any other relay, then it becomes clearnet content, and if you connect to any relay on clearnet (ie not via onion links) then your activity & content is no longer deep/dark.
I may be missing the more advanced/nuanced technical details here, but to the best of my knowledge that’s basically it.
Perhaps a privacy pro like our dear friend
Ava (npub1f6u…zcka) can elaborate on this, or correct me if I’m missing something(s) 🫡
