The issue: the bank malformed the PDF b/c they appended the off-sized fee listing (half-sheet) to the usual statement and the rest of the PDF was printing half-sized. Since I have the same bank, I could duplicate this nonsense. My friend "But I called their tech support and they said it was me." Me "Their tech support people were wrong" My friend was VERY gratified and that latte tasted amazing. Once at the library it was HOPPING. First up Jane who was stuck at home with a broken leg this winter
