Drop in Time started early today with a house call for an octogenarian friend who couldn't get her bank statement to print. Yes she knew she could get one mailed. Yes it was already importing to her tax software. It was just vexing her b/c it was printing "all smushed." Since printing is a fickle multivariate process (what browser? what bank? what printer?) I went over there. She made me a fancy latte for my troubles.
