Urgent and important update for BlueWallet users! 🚨⚡️
BlueWallet is eliminating its custodial Lightning wallet service on April 30.
This means all Lightning wallets that use their lndhub.io node will be removed!
If you have any custodial sats in BlueWallet, remove them ASAP!
All imported LND wallets running off of your own node or third-party systems will still continue to work.

jleger2023 (npub1t9a…h4uw) Big Nostrgram update - image gallery, mobile LN payments & more!
NOSTRGRAM UPDATE - IMAGE GALLERY, MOBILE LN PAYMENTS AND MORE!
This update is a pretty big one Nogs! You'll find a list of update below.
Haven't tried NostrGram yet? Check it out at https://nostrgram.co/
Already in NostrGram? Reload the page to access the update.
WHAT'S NEW:
1. First up, we have Image Galleries. If you paste image urls one after another in a note, rather than showing the images on top of each other, NostrGram now puts them images into a scrollable gallery that looks like this:
s/o #[0] for the idea
2. Next up, LN payments are now supported on mobile. If you're using a mobile browser that supports an extension like Alby you will see one button ("Pay Invoice") that will launch payment through that extension. However, if you don't have a webln extension but *do* have a Lightning wallet installed on your device (such as Wallet of Satoshi) that intercepts "lightning:" links, click the new button that says "Open Wallet". Your wallet app will open automatically with the invoice ready to pay.
Along with that update, the satoshis (sats) symbol is now displayed next to any sats amount. Here's an image of the invoice and the new sats symbol (s/o #[1] for creating the symbol!)
3. Updating of note stats are more efficient now, particularly so if you're running on a large screen in multi-column mode.
4. You can now disable password protection (some people have requested this). It's highly recommended you use a Nip07 extension and *not* paste your private key into NostrGram, but if you like to live and wild side and don't want to use a password either (edgy!) you can now disable in under the Advanced Settings heading of the Settings menu (also not recommended, but I also believe in your right to live dangerously).
5. Two updates for Direct Messages:
* Clicking on the contact's image in the Senders list now opens the person's profile page.
* There's a new "Find Contact" box at the bottom of the sender list. Use that to filter for specific contacts. It filters the senders list as you type.
6. Media upload stats for NostrGram are now shown in the lower-left corner of the Media Uploads pop-up window (that's mostly for me so I didn't have to keep running it manually in the shell lol). But if you're curious about how many uploads (and of what kind) have been uploaded so far, you'll find it there.
7. I added a "Details" and a "Reload" button to the system messages pop-up to make it easier to read the informational note regarding future updates (click Details) or reload the page to access the update (Reload). You'll see this pop-up in the next update.
8. I fixed a number of bugs in this update:
* FIXED: New reactions in notifications weren't always grouping as they came in
* FIXED: Couldn't copy LN invoices or addresses on mobile
* FIXED: Sometimes the newest message sender wasn't sorted to the top of Direct Messages.
* FIXED: Some full text searches weren't going through due to some old code from the previous database setup.
* FIXED: Tagging a pubkey in Direct Messages didn't work. It always tagged the person you were sending the message to.
Derek Ross (npub18am…p424) explains how the new badge spec in Nostr (NIP-58) could be useful. “We can use badges for a variety of situations, such as attending a conference, being an early adopter or beta tester, to participating in an event.”
WE HAVE A BADGE SPEC! I have been waiting for this. I am super excited for this!
We can use badges for a variety of situations, such as attending a conference, being an early adopter or beta tester, to participating in an event, or paying for an "orange check", the possibilities are endless.
