ringo (npub14mv…ug9e) ren (npub1vdd…tkfq) I'm judging this entirely based off literature since that's all I really engage with but a lot of old literature has a stronger base to draw off of. Whether it's Dante and Joyce referencing local politics and people. Or ancient poetry giving us a window to an ancient civilisation and mindset. Or people who have had incredible lives and put that into their work. Those things are just much more rare nowadays and most people create by mimicking other art, since they don't have a rich enough life to draw on.
