I picked up showers as cold as I can make them about a year ago and while it took some time to get used to, I find warm showers a bit of an oddity at this point. You strip less of your natural oils, and while I do start my day with matcha (and more, depending how much sleep I've had), nothing wakes me up like the shower.

Curious how cold the water really is of course, as I have done a pool on New Year's Eve in the mountains, which definitely stepped it up a notch. But I haven't stacked enough sats to buy a dedicated cold plunge in my house.

I feel silly making suggestions because of how put together your regimen is and has been as documented elsewhere, but ever look at the StrongFirst kettlebell material? If deadlifts are bitcoin, kettlebell swings are the lightning network. The one might be solid, but the other makes you solid AND fast. 30 min a day is plenty to work in 10 sets of swings (5x each arm) and 10 Turkish Get Ups, after which most any other working out is just icing on the cake.
