前些年很多大城市限购限售,开发商开发了好多公寓楼,我现在住的周边就有好几个盘子快要结顶了。这些房子的投资者,如果不是以自住消费为目的,恐怕无论如何都收不回成本的,如果不是穿仓的话。租售比不大可能覆盖按揭+物业费的。
