I see. That is doable, but I think both use cases should exist.
To me it is desirable that people see you replying to something, but can't see what that something is because it is "premium". Makes it so that people want to pay to see, acts as a discovery mechanism both for the person who is publishing premium content and for the mechanism of publishing premium content itself (i.e. the relay).
Otherwise all the content will just be forever stuck inside the restricted relay and no one will ever see it or realize that it exists.
