Just so you know there's fan servers that run the gen 4 and 5 Mystery Gifts so you can get an HGSS Mew legitimately and easily now.
You can also get an Emerald Mew if you want to shiny hunt but it takes some extra set-up on your computer (though it still doesn't mess with game files).
Also while the future games and services consider these legitimate hardcore collectors (homosexuals) would not.
