Zergling_man (npub1zpx…ragr) npub1whnum8nhxdrrny6jnc3etx7n46m6wnt77ee7h2has2zsfjyyqdhshctwsa (npub1whn…twsa) i don't know what the hell that was about, because in the same day that Moffintosh'es Matrix client complained about an expired certificate, i had shut the entire server down to take a snapshot of it before upgrading Mastodon. so, it already *was* restarted 100%.
when i learned of the certificate issue, the first thing i did was run Certbot. it said no certificates needed updating, so it did nothing.
yet somehow, restarting a couple of daemons still fixed it.
