In my mind Mostro could just be a client app for viewing the order book on nostr.
It would have settings for relays and LN node operator to use. Operators could advertise themselves with a special event kind.
Or perhaps that is basically what you are doing, I don't know.
If "a Mostro" means coupling a central hardcoded relay with an LN node, without nip65 relays, that sounds scary to me for the operators.
I know it's easier to design the UX around hardcoded relays but that relay optionality is the key to plausible deniability and, if implemented cleverly, redundancy. One relay can easily go down or lose data and whatnot.
Curious about your thinking.
