The idea is that there will be multiple Mostros (anyone with an LN node could have one if they want), and each Mostro instance operator will be able to decide how many and which relays they use. The more Mostros and relays, the greater the decentralization and, consequently, greater the censorship resistance in non-KYC Bitcoin P2P exchanges, which is one of the goals.
