Very hard to explain.
I think people conflict their craft with art. Crafts, be it drawing, sculpting or making, are mediums of expression. But they are not necessary art by themselves alone. The art is the person story. It's meaning and purpose. All this is expressed through the medium.
Just because you draw something dosen't mean it's art. Art, Art with a big A is much deeper than that. It's a divine relationship.
But all this is abstract and new thoughts in my head. I could be wrong in the details.
