I hear you and I agree that due process matters. No one’s saying people should be deported without identification or legal procedure. But what we are saying is that the current system is overwhelmed, deliberately slow-walked, and in many cases, simply not enforcing the law at all. This is by design from democrats.
The result? Tens of thousands of people released into the interior without a court date, or with one years down the line. Many never show up. And DHS itself admits it has no clear handle on who’s here illegally.
The idea isn’t to grab innocent people it’s to return to a lawful process where immigration laws are actually enforced, not ignored. Without enforcement, the “rule of law” becomes just words.
