They have to be identified and confirmed that is the case, be issued a notice to appear before an immigration judge, and then be deported or face further conviction
They can’t just be grabbed and deported. Many of which are not known what their status is not even by DHS, it’s purely on suspicion
Their mechanism is outside the rule of law of the United States. It’s to avoid grabbing the wrong people, and innocent people are being taken.
