My lower back is stiff as a board, which is ironic, but the spine itself can hyperextend to the sides so if I run or jingle my backbone it can get stuck, which is not nice. So I don't run 😃
I had to move fast this exam season getting students to the exams and my right foot swelled up. So no running!
