If you think there's any distinction between corporate mainstream media and a state propaganda department, I've got news for you. If it is justified to kill state news media personnel during war as a rule, then it is justified to kill anyone at the Times who knowingly takes a government subsidized pay, or many various other state proxies, during war. They are the propaganda department of the U.S., and calling it anything else does not change that fact.
