Jane was getting calls from people that would just go silently to voice mail. WHY. She didn't know "Silence unknown callers" was a thing. Now she does. She wanted to use Siri to "ask her things" but couldn't turn it on. I showed her the button to press, but it was coming up text input only. Long story short, b/c she has hearing aids (somehow) accessibility settings were on so Siri only accepted typing. Turned that off. All good. Saying "Hey Siri" a lot made other people's laptops start chirping.
