The sidewalks that get walked on a bunch before they're plowed, they all remain bumpy, sometimes for the entire winter.
It makes it extremely difficult for wheelchair users to navigate their own neighbourhoods.
Meanwhile drivers don't even slow down for puddles in winter. It should be unacceptable to splash pedestrians with a vehicle but it happens all the time.
