I hypenated my name both times, because I really love my birth surname and first name combo. My teenage marriage, I changed my name because that's just what you did in the 80s, I think. I don't remember if it was required or just expected. My second marriage, I didn't change my name until we had a kid, and that's so all of us would have the same names, because emergencies, school registration, etc., it's just easier to get through red tape.
