One of my go-to meals is stir-fried veg and tofu. A little soy sauce, a little sweet chili sauce (or, pick your pack of pre-mixed teriyaki or whatever sauce) and cook the stuff until it's hot and no longer. Then add sauce. (My wife makes sure to put the veg that needs to cook longer - brocc, snap peas, etc. - in first. I'm not so picky. Cruchy veg is good veg.)
