I wish I had been fed tofu and such plant based GOOD foods as a kid, so I wouldn't need to try as an adult to make it and fail over and over to make anything edible out of them

Instead in the "you must eat only vegetarian food for couple of years because you are the only meat eater in the foster home"-era only gave me deep hatered towards boiled and steamed, flavorless veggies.

The learning curve is STEEP from meat eater to even occationally eating plant based meals.
