I think this is weak sauce. It isn't that the government knows about a minor detail of your life that is none of their business, it is the overreaching surveillance, collection of data, and all the false conclusions that can come from it with no oversight and investigation.
"I don't want the government knowing my spending patterns and then using it to make policy decisions about how to run the country"
"I don't want the government to use my purchase history to penalise me in taxes because I refuse to eat junk and choose to eat quality from the farm so they bucket me as rich"
"I don't want the government knocking down my door because they took 3 months to track a dodgy drug dealer and traced some of that money to the change I got at the grocery store"

Nostr cannot use Pkarr because the cryptography doesn't match, that is probably the only thing Pubky can do that Nostr can't.
But I never said it was out of question to use a DHT on Nostr. If Pkarr proves to be scalable and Nostr is proven to need such a thing (it's a theoretical possibility, but I don't think our planet is so big that it will ever be required) we can always copy Pkarr and make our own DHT, right? In any case it would be just one extra method for finding the relays a specific pubkey publishes their stuff to, along with many others we already have.

For now it does a reasonably good job at fetching profile metadata and replaceable lists efficiently for pubkeys, eventually I want to make it do outbox-model style fetching of posts and also have custom relay selection and WoT handling for each kind of content that can have its own Nostr "silo", like marketplaces, wiki articles, long-form articles, livestreams, recipes, music, podcasts and whatnot following the vision of #naddr1qq…85e2.

OK, answered on that other thread, but now I am curious about why you think Nostr has problems with "scalability and delegation" and how Pubky deals with these questions that you choose to point as being Nostr's weaknesses (even if the article was written by ChatGPT someone still has to own its contents, right?).
I haven't looked too deeply into it yet, so I may be talking complete bullshit here, but so far my impression is that Pubky is 3 things:
1. signed entries published on a DHT that associate a pubkey with an HTTP server
2. HTTP servers that can host any file
3. a superstructure for reading content from these HTTP servers and turning them into a global social network
It's a very elegant structure that sound very compelling to me, but ultimately I don't see how it improves much upon anything Nostr has, and it has significant downsides and unsolved (hidden) problems that Nostr either solves or is trying to solve right now.
2 is cool, but not a very hard problem to solve once you have a way to find these user servers (and, also importantly, someone to host these servers mostly for free). Blossom is doing a similar job with files as first-class citizens.
2 is also not very useful by itself. To make a social network you need a way to efficiently pull content from user servers and display them to users. There is where they came up with 3, which sounds very similar to Bluesky's central big server which they call "Relay". It's a centralized system that cannot possibly become decentralized. It looks like Pubky has accepted that as the only way to do things, and they seem to be planning on hosting one such big server.
1 is trying to be the most decentralized, censorship-resistant system ever for putting out information about public keys -- and we may discuss if it achieves that or not (I am personally very skeptical that DHTs can scale, even though @npub1jvx…qzis going to boldly claim that this is not a topic worth discussing because "Mainline has already proven itself with its bazillion nodes and centuries of existence" truth remains that Torrents do not work without trackers, and no one knows what will happen with the DHT if it has to store billions of records from people all over the world -- https://newsletter.squishy.computer/p/natures-many-attempts-to-evolve-a is one scenario), but all of this mega-decentralization is completely useless if you don't have a decentralized way to load content from people you follow and have to rely on a giant central server hosted by one big corporation.
Pubky's idea seems to be that centralization on content distribution is unavoidable, so they aren't even trying. The idea of Nostr is that such thing isn't unavoidable, so we are trying.

No máximo você pode publicar uma nota associando a sua chave PGP a uma chave do Nostr e vice-versa, e daí por diante não precisa ficar postando assinatura PGP, que doideira, um negócio enorme desses, ninguém agüenta.

Also you should probably be pasting your key encrypted there instead of as plaintext. It will take an ncryptsec too! You can encrypt your key with `nak key encrypt`.

A malicious miner can come in a few forms:
1. They are trying to censor the network and have sneakily amassed over 51% of the hash power so it is working.
2. They are attempting to create blocks with invalid transactions or just plainly not following rules yet attempting to pass off their data as a bitcoin block.
Thats probably most of the cases, othet cases kind of fit into one or the other.
In case 1, we "kick them out" by introducing a new rule and roll it out. This isn't a simple task, it will involve convincing people that this is the most conservative way to work around these people while not leading down a slippery slope of just introducing a way to censor people.
The other way we kick them out is by rallying the people to run more nodes and mjners, to outmine the bad actors.
Eventually, the cost to censor will be too much and the enemy will run out of funds.
For case 2, the system already works. Even if the malicious miner had 90% hash rate, our software rejects anything that is considered invalid so these blocks are ignored by users. Some users who rely on custodians or third party nodes may be affected, but majority of economic activity and therefore the most fees to collect will only be collectable by miners who also don't mjne on invalid blocks.
The attacker will quickly realise they are wasting time, energy and money and even if not, we are never affected and more people who use custodial systems start to learn to use Bitcoin natively.
Probably not, but/and all the monies people choose will need to be interoperable (exchanges) but the MOST used money will be hard money.
I can imagine some will choose to stay impoverished in order to not stand out from the crowd but I imagine all rulers will use the hardest money they know. Bitcoin.
