You just got Start9 running right? You can just use the Nostr Relay app available. Use it as a private relay and all your notes will be backed up to the Start9 from public relays.

400+ pounds. Ribeye, chuck roast, filet, NY strip, T-bones, ground beef, liver, tongue, round steaks, top sirloin, rump roast, stew meat, short ribs. Pretty much anything you see at the grocery store, you can get.
I'm in the US and fortunate enough to have an uncle that raises cattle, so he takes care of getting it processed and all. Last year was around $5/lb I think. That includes a whole bunch of different cuts, I may be over paying on ground beef per pound, but I'm saving a shit ton on say ribeyes per pound. It's a big up front cost, a little over $2k, but don't have to buy beef for the whole year.
When you order a new cow, but you still haven't gone through everything in the freezer from last year.

Coinos is a good one though. Use it as a PWA on iOS. I haven't tried it on desktop at all though.
If you have Umbrel or a spare RPI4 you can just run AlbyHub with phoenixd backend. That's what I use for zaps. No need to run a lightning node.
